Detailed Information
The State of Washington requires 30 hours of Classroom instruction, 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel training and one hour of in-car observation for students who are under 18 years of age.
East Hill Driving School offers a 5-week teenage package of:
• 30 hours of classroom
• 6 hours in-car instruction
• Minimum of one hour behind-the-wheel observation
Note: Absences on days when students are scheduled for classroom or driving must be made up in order to complete Washington State requirements.
Pricing (subject to change)
$440 - $200 deposit prior to the first day of the class, remainder due second week of class. Please add 3% processing fee for all payments made either online or using credit/debit card.
Knowledge Test
(Walk-ins no appointment needed these two days, all other days/times by appointment only) Saturdays 10:00am to 11:00am (We do not accept anyone after 10:15am) Tuesdays 6:00pm to 7:00pm (We do not accept anyone after 6:15pm)
Skills Test
Monday to Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm By Appointment only.
$40 with your vehicle for EHDS graduates, $60 for EHDS vehicle but must be pre-arranged.
Additional Information
If you don't have Washington ID you have to pre-apply at www.dol.wa.gov and get an ID #.
This # must be given to us so that we can issue your electronic waiver 10-days prior to your first day of class.
